If your employment verification had been satisfactory, you may receive your visa grant any time within November. If not, you could receive an s57- Natural Justice Letter.

While your employer may have responded to the email sent by the DHA verification officer, your visa officer will review the contents of the email to establish whether the responses validate your claims of employment, following which either a visa grant will be issued, an NJ letter or perhaps request for further documents or even further investigation, if required.

Hello Mam, thank you for detailed notes on the Visa grant status. I have applied for 190(ANZSCO 511112) on 30th Jun'23. I have not received any updates or any S56/S57 requests. We have been checking the status but there has been no movement on the application status. Since you mentioned the applications till mid-June'23 are being reviewed, just curios to know if we have any luck of receiving any updates soon. Also, in general instructions on the application form, it was mentioned not to follow up on the status of the application as it may delay the process. Can you share your insights if the follow up has to be done?

Since Australia visas are e-visas, passport stamping is optional.

As an offshore applicant, do I need to submit RDA for NSW 491 visa nomination? Or just EOI on skill select is enough? Secondly, I want to ask you that what are my chances as an offshore candidate with an occupation as ict business development manager (221252) with 85 points for 190 and 95 points for 491? Furthermore, NSW has mentioned digital and cyber (across all sectors) my experiences are related to digital but my group is not in the list. Can I apply in NSW and anticipate nomination?
