Hi just wondering if you have done a segment on the Rembrandt caravans? If not could you give me your thoughts please.

Surprised Urban didn’t make it on here with its Terraglide airbag suspension. Proper beast mode off-road.

Great brand and company - but not one of the caravans that we got to review in 2024 unfortunately. Hopefully Urban will let us look at something in 2025.

A shame that a couple of more affordable caravans weren't on that list.

We review loads of affordable vans. Head to our Go RV KZbin channel and take a look about - don't forget to subscribe. Thanks for watching and commenting.

Sorry but its a bit ridiculous having best 10 vans that weigh so much not many could ever consider buying them. Most of the cars used in the video are only capable of towing the Tare weight of the vans let alone even think about towing ATM.
@gorvАй бұрын
Thanks for watching and taking the time to comment. The Top 10 vans chosen are opinion based - they are not for everybody. They were chosen mainly on the merit of innovation and doing new things - not on weight or price, although there are a few vans in the top 10 list that are under the $100K mark and towable by just about any mid size 4WD leaving plenty of payload. We do, however, appreciate weight as being a very important factor in the consideration on any caravan purchase. We always advise to consult the dealer or manufacturer on the best vehicle fit for your caravan before purchase so you have enough payload capacity. We can't fit all the caravans we have reviewed in out top 10 - but if you care to have a browse of our KZbin channel or check out our e-magaizne you will find plenty of reviews that have what you are looking for. And please take the time to subscribe for more great reviews.

Couldn't agree more planning to come from NZ to do the loop. Have been researching vans and tow vehicle ETC. GVM has to be under 6200Kg give or take too marginal to meet the spec. No prices. Price is the first consideration when our budget is $250K Aus for van Ute and travel cost. I THINK VAN MAKERS ARE PAYING FOR THEIR REVEIWS.

On the Move?....you've lost me! In our experience these vans along with zero customer service are at the bottom of our list.
@gorvАй бұрын
Thanks for watching and for commenting. Sorry to hear that was your experience with On The Move. As stated this is opinion based and not everyone will agree with our choices. In our time with the particular model we did not experience this and the van reviewed was exceptional with new and innovative ideas implemented for 2024 - which is why it made the cut. We can only report on what we experience and what we see.

They have changed ownership but the last van I checked was impressive.
@grjh58Ай бұрын
Yep and basically not one of those vans once loaded up and hooked to a tow vehicle that is packed to travel with 2 adults could legally be towed by anything but a US truck or a heavily modified Cruiser/Patrol So basically a nonsensical and useless best 10 vans for the majority of Caravanners How about getting back to reviewing and recommending caravans that most of us can afford to buy and tow with vehicles that we can also afford I
@gorvАй бұрын
All specifications on each caravan are listed in the video. GoRV has been testing many of these caravans (not all) with an Isuzu MUX or DMax as our main tow vehicle for example (watch the video - you will see many of the tow vehicles used throughout as the main tow vehicle on each which goes against your theory) - The Concept Ascot to name one - The MDC to name another - far from a caravan out of the reach of everyday Australians. The Isuzu range of tow vehicles are far from heavily modified vehicles or US truck cars - so we declare that your statement is somewhat nonsensical and ignorant and is a huge slap in the face to thousands of everyday Australians who tow these brands around right now with plenty of payload and who are not millionaires but have worked their entire life to purchase a dream caravan. We stated at the start of the video "why" we chose these vans - its based on innovation and advancement and doing something different. You may also note these manufacturers may be building big off road vans - but the construction methods are all about light weight material making them towable by most heavy off road vehicles - such as the Masterpiece Optimum off-road that has unique R-Tech construction methods moving away from traditional timber builds. You may want to get a little more educated before making such rash claims - but what would we know?

Australia has some of the most overpriced caravans on the planet. I have not found a caravan suitable for Australian roads built for 2 that can be used in the cold and the hot.
@gorvАй бұрын
Australia has some of the best caravans on the planet - built with ground breaking technology tested to withstand some of the most challenging and harsh climate conditions that Australia can throw at them. In Australia on the whole - we are extremely proud of the advancements and innovations of many caravan manufacturers - the Top 10 are just some of them. Its an opinion based selection - not everyone will agree with our choices but we are pretty happy with the quality of what has come through this year.
