Australia's Best Croissant and Sunday BBQ Seafood Brunch Buffet | Grand Hyatt's Living Grand Buffet

It’s Sunday in Melbourne Australia and I can’t think of anything better than a meal with the family with the cousins and the little ones. I’m really looking forward to it because I heard this is one of the best brunch buffets in Melbourne with not only a spectacular seafood spread but they also specialize in bbq as well… from a 12 hr low and slow bbq brisket to a shattering crisp porchetta.
But before that, a cup of coffee and a croissant to start off the day and what better way to do that than to try Australia’s best, and in my opinion, one of the priciest cafes around. This is Lune’s and I’ve been told they make pastries and croissants like they do in Paris if not better. Is it worth the price tag? I intend to find out.

Sweet you getting your little cousin to try the Greek taramasalata. My Greek lady friends would be proud of her. Then almost wiping out the dessert tray with your other little cousin. What fun you all seemed to be having. Mom might have preferred you had a few more veggies, to be a good example. You are definitely the fun Uncle. I think I would have wanted to start with that black forest cake you passed on your way in...and at 0:15 we see that amazing looking crisp porchetta but didn't see you try it... i just want to give who ever was responsible for preparing that porchetta a hug. That was a nice looking spread all around.

There was a water leak in our room at that time so they moved us to another room, and because of the inconvenience, they gave us access to our lounge during the stay.
