For snow crab and lobster you have to stand in line and they will serve half a lobster and a small cluster of crab legs. You may have to wait a little while sometimes if they run out and wait for more to be ready. Lame? No. This way you are guaranteed to get something. If they just placed it out there for a free for all then good luck because there is always that embarrassing asian lady that will come running and take it all and make other asians look bad.

The tasting menu foods looked wonderful and nice variety. Didn't like some the clunky serving dishes. Bread and butter service should have a place for the knife. Thought of you today. Watched a YT Palin's Kitchen. She is a Thai cook I enjoy. Today she did something different and showcased the chef at Baan Lao, located in Thai Trade Centre in Vancouver.
