Nothing will top Waugh's last ball century. Even as a young man I knew Waugh was in trouble but the resolve he had was amazing. And that elation to score a 4 off the last ball is outstanding. Also how good was that team, Waugh, McGrath, Warne, Hayden, Langer, Ponting, Gilchrist, Symonds. Current squad isn't bad but man to have a Hayden/Langer/Waugh/Ponting/Gilchrist in the battling line up; enough said.

My mentor as a young bowler at my club was invited to be an opening bowler for a Doug Walters Invitational 50 Overs Match in my Area Moments Of Note . Seen Augustine Logie Hit 5 Sixes in 1 Over Including 1 Completely Out Of the Ground . Also met Tony Greg and Ian Chappel I asked if I could get an Autograph and Ian just Ignored me and Tony Greig ( RIP) ripped into Ian and told him he was rude Prick to me and then Tony took the white 4 piece Ball Ian Chappel had and gave it to me and scruffed me head and gave me smile I have never forgotten that day . Doug Walters was also fun such a larrikin i think i got about 450 overs out of that white ball lol i was young and played a lot of cricket prolly should had them sign the ball not the poster i had

As with most 'greatest' lists, there are events that don't make the final cut, and this list is no exception. But I'm at a loss for words. What about winning 16 test matches in a row, twice. There's three ODI world cups, several test series clean sweeps, two against the Poms. Warne was the first man to 600 and later 700 test wickets, and the second to 500. There are others, but I'd say these are the obvious moments that should have been hard to overlook.
