Hey Randy, just tried a 1hr, 5lb breakfast challenge up Land O' Lakes, WI. The Pine Cone Cafe. Food was so good. Was my first ever challenge but I only made it a little over half way through and cut myself off with 16 min left. Sounds like a great challenge for ya if you ever find yourself in the area.
