Great video thank you chef very very useful video thank you...chef I am working as a commi for 3 years in an international restaurant so the migration agent told me to apply for cook not chef because it's risky because your not chef you can't fake it's risky..so can I apply for commi or I can apply for chef and is it very hard the commi to get permanent resident hope you can suggest me and more thing the agent told me that I don't need IELTS if I can prove that I graduated from English medium school is it true?

If no courses related to your chef job then you need atleast 5 years full time chef experience to do the assessment

Thank you very much Anna... God bless you... I have a doubt for me, Actually someone of my known is hiring me as a cook for his own Restaurant in Australia Perth. Sir, I have 1.5 year Diploma in FOOD PRODUCTION + 6 months Industrial training in 5 * Hotel & 3 years of working experience as India cook (India curry) Post: Commi-2 in a Resort Of cafe coffee day brand. I have given IELTS two times, at first attempt i had got 5 band overall but in 2nd Attempt i have got 5.5 in each section and overall band 5.5. can i apply for any kind of visa with this IELTS bands score? Or Is there any other tips or tricks for me ? Plz suggest... I look forward to hearing from you ☺️

You have to check with assessing authorities first , the proper qualification in Australia they consider proper 2 years but you have only 1.5 years only so may be you need 5 years experience. But sometimes may be they allow you to do ,try your best ,all the best

If U work in Indian kitchen you have to Asian cookery ,you will be asked questions in Indian cuisine in interview and if U work in continental or western cuisine then you have to do commercial cookery and U will be asked questions on continental cuisines.

3 years full time needed but still you can send your resume to Rto and ask your eligibility ,sometimes this experience can also work

Sometimes the assessors will ask more documents ,and they keep on asking , everything depends on them . At the time of pre assessment or stage 1 we have to convince them as much as we can that to proof ourselves

When I was doing my bachelor's degree, I also got experience as a carpenter and I used to get salary. It did not appear in any bank account that I can apply.
