This video is unfortunately outdated but still useful . The course has recently been updated in the last couple months . It is equivalent to stage 4 hospitality management. Food based questions took up about 15 percent of questions. The rest is team management,Hygiene food cost , pests , problem solving, diversity in the kitchen. Stock co troll, spending targets. If you can't answer the food based questions your in the wrong industry. Name 3 hot and cold dishes , how do you make 1 of those, name 3 fish dishes how do you Prepare, how do you make a cake ... . Walked out of my interview 1 hour ago ..February 2024

Actually yes mainly they ask most the questions from the unsuccessful topics but still they can also ask some questions here and there ,still it's depends on the asessor

@letyouknow4802 Hi brother. I have an immigration lawyer. The company iffered me TSS 482 visa. The lawyer told me that We will get skills assessment from William Angliss Institute (OSAP) but why according to OSAP it's for skilled migration visa (excluding tss visa) can you clarify this? Thank s for you video. It really helps a lot

If you do in OSAP ,you can use that skill assesment for tss visa and also for any PR visa in the future in 3 years But if you do TSs skill assessment you can do only TSs visa ,you can't use that for and other PR visa . That's the difference . But fees ,topics everything same

Each and every chemical have their own ratio and it will be on the label or the company should have user manual . For example Alpha sanitiser . 2 ml in 1 litre water like that ,every brand have its own ratio
