I was at the game, and I can confidently say Australia won on poor umpiring. It seems the 3 second rule doesn't apply to the diamonds.

We were watching at home and I was so confused, but my mom and dad told me that semis and finals always have questionable umpiring cause there's bias for certain playing styles and countries.

That's not true. South Africa lost because they failed to use the ball well when they won a turnover. They threw away too much ball and their opportunity to win - hopefully they will learn to be more consistent and they will get the result. If you leave your chances to the umpiring decisions and make them your excuse, you will always lose. As the master, Norma Plummer said it was just the mistakes that cost them and doing better under pressure.

Games against Australia always comes with questionable calls been happening for years and everyone knows it. That's why the England crowd did not support them in the semis and finals. Only Australians will think their team can do no wrong.
