Watched this so many times. Fowler couldn't score from a distance. Most of her goals are from near the pole. Great game Proteas ❤.

Because it was their centre pass and theGS was trying to hold up the ball to get back for Jamaica’a centre pass it’s a tactic they use to waste time so the GK did the right thing by taking the ball from her. The GS was still trying to hold on to it so it seemed like a tussle. Funny thing about it they’re team mates today at the Adelaide thunderbirds so I’m sure they had a laugh about this.

Jamaica needs a good goal attack (or better) to make this side advance to being a great side (don't think they will go far with Beckford , who is average , and too slight )also Dixon is who should have started this match at center) the other center is growing but wasn't at the level ,hence South Africa took advantage, good match and could have gone either way , Jamaica needs to be more calm and positive at the start of these matches.
