Yay…🎉 Greetings from Australia 🇦🇺 Apparently these are very popular. I love the lamb kebabs (not the meats on sticks, but wrapped in unleavened flat breads) and we always ask for chicken salt on our fries…on the rare occasions we actually buy take~away foods. Great to see your determination for recreating dishes and recipes! 🌸💓🌸

That looks interesting. It traditionally is lamb, but they also do beef. No, I have never been to Australia but I understand it's really beautiful. I would really rather go to New Zealand.

Oh, I’d love to go there someday! I have never eaten lamb. Nor have I ever had a desire to do so. Just something I have never had an opportunity to try. So I made my version. The chicken salt is really amazing and the mixture of the sauces was really good too. Definitely something we will be having again.

@lgougeinthekitchen I am definitely going to try this dish. It looks like something I would love and the chicken salt as well. I have tried to eat lamb 3 different times, prepared by 3 different cooks, and tried says it all. I just did not care for it at all. It has a very gamey off flavor to me. It would definitely be the chicken and beef for me.
