What a great idea! I had just put a brand new sweatshirt from my husbands business into the give away pile cuz it had a logo. Now I am going to do this and add a quilt square right over the logo! I might add a zipper to make it a sweat coat cuz mine is spent. Love it! Thanks~

I love watching you sew and admire your talent. When it comes to using a sewing machine, I have never been able to deal with it, and I wish I could, but it's not for me. I would be Bessie Bug crazy trying to do what you're doing. It's absolutely amazing and beautiful. Give me a crochet hook or some knitting needles and yarn, and I can work all day, but I have had about 4 sewing machines whip me straight up.

I also knit at times. I have never quite mastered knitting a sweater or something that needs to fit. I can do accessories and last year I knitted 10 new Christmas stockings. I have thought I might try to knit some socks. Maybe I could get them to fit MAYBE??? My mother crocheted in her later years. She never did knit. I learned to knit from a neighbor. Sewing is my first love then I can Go lots of different ways.
