Scenes recorded around the Southern Highlands on Saturday September 4th, 1999 of a spectacular variety of diesel locomotives hauling freight and passenger trains. The main southern line had just been re-opened after being closed for two days due to a derailment south of Goulburn, causing the volume of rail traffic to pass through the area on this Saturday to be much greater than normal.
