With the exception of Karen (season 2 finalist), the Australian selections for this episode were bizarre. Two new contestants and one who was knocked out in the first heat of season 3. Perhaps they should’ve just made the heats 1 v 1 instead of teams.

They were chosen to lose and then probably encouraged to do so. We couldn't have had an Australia vs. Australia final, like the cricket series did at around that time. Larissa was quite good but Glacier did look asleep on Duel.

Many people in Great Britain stayed up on duel for maximum time (except for seasons 9 & 10). Australia had many KOs for the gladiators in all four serieses.
