I loved the video. Do make more please; aussie accent is just the best. Been down under a few times by ship - merchant navy - lovely country.

You had me all focused when you started talking about the coal power plant and absolutely cracked me. Been living near the west coast all my life and wind is your everyday partner for good or worse. Good humour, do more videos in Denmark!

Many years ago, I actually explained to a little girl, that the farmers had them on their fields, to dry the crop. 🙂

It is "snobrød" in Danish. Twist bread, because you twist the dough around the stick. Here is a trick I learned as a child: Hold your hand where you plan to hold your bread. Count slowly to ten. If it is too hot for you to do that, it is too hot for baking the bread.

Nice one, didn't look like you were in a foreign country, seemed right at home.. Now let's be fair though, if someone's wandering onto a live firing range and doesn't notice, it's unlikely the greatest loss to the gene pool.

Thanks for the correct info. I couldn’t find anything on line about it (in english) Forgive me please as I am one of those uncultured that can only speak one language. It amazes me how majority of you can switch between 3 languages. Amazing.

When you make snobrød over the fire, the dough should be raw on the inside and burnt on the outside, as is tradition.
