Say what you guys want but this guy is easily one of the most innovative avant-garde guitarists of our time. In the intro on the first string he moves up to the third fret one semitone at a time, then moves a whole tone back to the first fret and then moves back and forth from this fret and the second one. This technique is very uncommon for popular music at this time. After the first line, he plays a shorter version of the intro once again moving to G from E one semitone at a time. One would think he'd to the same after the second line but he miraculously changes things up and stops at the first fret. Then after the third line he only hits an open E once before moving up the frets (one semitone at a time as usual). Then he surprises everyone after the fourth line when he only hits the open E, not even moving to the first fret. Incredible! Then does the exact same thing after the chorus before being so rudely interrupted. Now onto "Somewhere over the rainbow". He begins by changing up his usual style by using the second string instead of his signature first string style. He begins playing the first fret of this string (C) then hits the open B and moves back to the first string and begins singing. After the first line he plays something reminiscent of the intro to "Imagine" but amazingly stops at the second fret instead of the usual third or first. And then he's rudely interrupted again! Easily 20 years ahead of his time and these idiots can't see it. This man is remarkable and a genius, and should have been signed to a record label immediately after this killer performance.

I don't how i got here, even though all the sarcasm through the judges eyes and the comments here, i can still see that his man got something. I don't know why or how, but this guy is talented. Maybe he chose the wrong song, maybe the wrong instrument... but he still deserve a chance.
