I totally understand what you mean! Some shifts are definitely too difficult to fit a workout session in between and red eye flights also have such a huge impact on your sleeping pattern. I joined a gym that’s everywhere in Australia so I visit where I can! How do you manage?

Thanks so much for watching and support my channel! That will depend on which airline you’re applying for 😄Airlines with wide body aircraft will tend to have more strict height requirements. Our airline only operates 737s so the height requirement is pretty relaxed as the doors are smaller and the height of the plane isn’t that tall. Which airline are you applying for?
