It's a slap in the face to those who've earned their place through merit. True athletes understand the sacrifices and commitment required to compete at the Olympic level. To see someone seemingly bypass that through activism or other non-athletic means is demoralizing and disrespectful I think you're viewing the end of the Olympic Games if they're going to continue to. roll on ideological basis over athleticism, which is the whole reason why people watched it in the first place.

PHD in gaslighting. She must have received a lot of participation trophies in her youth. I would have had more respect for her if she had just apologized for not having the skills to compete on the Olympic stage. Thank you for putting together this REAL video vs. all the toxic positivity out there. We all know what our eyes saw and how we felt watching it whether we know break dancing or not. There was zero dance skill and definitely zero athleticsm. I'm all for doing what you love whether you are good at it or not, but not if it means taking a spot from someone else who deserves it.

There are more artistic style brakers, yes. Power moves are more popular in with athletic dancers who perform in public exhibitions where the audience is mostly non-dancers, like the Olympics. Perhaps the Australian qualification board didn't realize that was the vibe the Olympics committee was going for? Plus, I may not be an expert, I've only seen a few artistic break dancers, but her Olympics performance didn't seem innovative, emotional, rhythmic, or aesthetic enough to be a good artistic style break dance either.

Notice that when she was asked "do you know any of the judges" a simple yes or no answer, instead she says "none of the judges have judged me before"... That's not what he asked. She diverted because she DOES know some of the judges, irrespective of if they had judged her before.

Her evasive response raises concerns about the selection process's fairness and her Olympic inclusion's legitimacy. When you study narcissism, or have direct contact with someone who is one, lying and coming back for the limelight is all about attention, they love good attention and are nearly just as fine with bad attention. This is why the create drama, especially with their family, while often using another nice persona for people they haven't captured in their web yet. Their whole life is a charade, one of the things that helps this charade, is they lie to themselves, and they seem to actually believe their own lies. I don't buy that really, it's just a tactic. That is the one thing that is so hard to wrap your head around, even when you put the undeniable truth in their face, they deny it. This is why you don't argue with them, cos you can't win, which then makes them even bolder and worse, thinking they are right about everything, cos no one will prove them wrong. People like this are hollow inside, I would almost go as far to say, they are real life demons.
