"Problem with people who are depressed is they stay up the nights, they go to sleep in the morning, they stay up nights". How this is so true. I've been sleeping at 4-5 am for like more than a year especially with all the covid stuff and so on. It just increases the depression even more. Like, dealing with overthinking at night, sleeping in the morning just because you don't want to face it, waking up late and starts your day with a horrible motivation, repeating the life-style every single day. I don't know man, I'm tired...
