I understand that, he could have said it differently but I also think Blackpink and Little Mix are similar, so I doubt he just said that because Little Mix are Western (Jade from LM is half Middle Eastern btw) and Blackpink are Eastern. Both have 4 talented members who can sing, rap, dance and perform live. They get along well and lived together at some point. Both groups are goofy, have multiple dogs, often sing disney songs, they can sing in Korean, Japanese and English and they dye their hair in random colors. Both work hard while they don't get the attention they deserve, from their labels and they don't really have a specific sound they always change it up. Besides neither group has a leader because they all have their strengths. Bonus: Lisa (BP) wore the same boots in AIIYL as Leigh (LM) in Power :)
