Greedy media filth. Salmon love herring like a cupcake to a fat kid, when the salmon run I always try and use live herring as bait, the big salmon love it.

I want to go to AU someday and catch some salmon, they're tasty.
@PlumBoss849 жыл бұрын
FroggieTheR0gue You should, as the coastlines of Australia are beautiful. The Australian salmon are pretty poor eating but loads of fun to catch then release.

PlumBoss84 Really? Well I catch and release catfish, some people like to eat them, but I don't. I've got a surf pole and I've gotten some sea perch, and I can tell you they all went home with me. AU looks like a wonderful place, I used to want to go to Europe first, if I ever get to travel, now Australia is at the top of the list.

FroggieTheR0gue Yeah the Aussie salmon aren't like Atlantic salmon to eat, their only good for making into fish cakes/patties. I do keep some fish I catch like herring which are delicious fresh and whiting, flathead and flounder all which can be caught from shore but the top table fish are mostly caught offshore and I haven't yet got a boat. I've travelled to Southeast Asia but would love to go to Japan, Alaska or Canada someday. I love Australia for the land and the melting pot of cultures, Australia is built on immigration.

PlumBoss84 I saw you telling someone that you're an Aussie with English and Welsh roots. I sort of view it like the US, yes we all have our ethnicities, and are from diverse cultures, but at the end of the day we're all Americans. I don't know why people freak out over multiculturalism, the food is really good. :)
