This is absolutely fantastic. I love Craig as a driver and in person. Thanks for uploading this emotional documentary.

I've been following the car racing since the early 70s. I love it. I remember seeing Lowndes in 1994 and thought this guy is quick. I kept an eye on him and look what happened! Me and my son have met him a couple of times and I have a photo of Craig and my son together. He's an outstanding driver (his drive at Adelaide in 1999 from last to first is one of the best races I've ever seen), he's very competitive but a very fair racer. He's an outstanding guy, very good to his fans and a winning smile that's so contagious. Awesome individual.

not many people can say they were mentored by Peter Brock. This is a great example of that typical Aussie spirit and Mateship

My brother was in school with Craig and Jamie Whincup grew up in the same street as us. David Whincup played the role of Santa for the street Christmas party. My dad raced against P. B and i still remember hanging out at the Peter Brock speed shop in Greensborough. Ah! The good old days.

There are some things that you can picture so vividly in your mind when certain events happened and one of those events, for me, was when I heard Peter Brock had crashed (I can't remember whether if he was confirmed dead at that stage or not). I remember as if was yesterday. I could take you there right now, that spot.

In the spirit of motorsport passion, I have always barracked for Craig, even though I am a diehard Ford Girl. Craig's passion for his sport showed on and off the track. He always had a smile on his dial. His love for Peter Brock was evident when Bev and Ford sanctioned Craig to emotionally drive Brock's GTR XU1 on the lap of honour, saying goodbye in style to his best mate, before the big race. I am absolutely certain Brocky was in the car with Craig during that whole Bathurst Race.

Some ignorant people judge Lowndes by the car he drives.....How stupid are they. Their REAL knowledge of motor racing skill could be written on a fucking pin head with space left on it !!!! He is in the Top 5 best drivers of any type of car this country has ever produced !!

Most emotional? Never seen any ww2 docs or something like that? I know Lowndes is a great racer, seems like a good guy and all of that but in the end, hes getting paid a shitload to race cars. Hes not storming the beaches of france watching his friends get slaughtered, ya know?
