Yep , propping them up with social security is a disaster for everyone , what they need is opportunity to get jobs in industry so they can better themselves and feel good about themselves, unfortunately we have seen the continued de industrialisation of this country and the west in general , and both big parties have lead us to were we are today , but Labor has hit the accelerator and really rooted the country in a big way. Look at the motor industry we had in the 60’s and 70’s ( now all gone), we had a raft of car manufactures among other industries as well like textiles for example , basically they were sacrificed so we could become a trading nation , and now our fate is entire at the mercy of country’s like China , nothing against China , they are doing what’s best for them , but it’s absolutely clear our politicians economically shot us in the foot for short term gain. Australia was Fairdinkum the lucky country and the land of a fair go , now it is only lucky for some . Very nice Mr Albanese can throw in another 70 million on the road leading to his new $4 million dollar town house on a hill with ocean views.

More than low supply and high demand, inflation happens when you pay for goods and services that return no value. It's like throwing money into a black hole. Government fees, taxes and duties take money from the community but return no value, and as the government spending expands the force on inflation expands. Borrowing money for these black hole policies increasing the inflationary pressures even more, and this is exactly what Labor does time after time after time.

But everyone likes to be told they’re rich because their home, which they can’t sell because they need somewhere to live, is worth a million dollars.
