We definitely put the ‘Roman’ and ‘Empire’ into the HRE. Not so holy because of what was being done in China… Questions; Fort outside city Forts have a type of hitbox so your troop doesn't need to be directly on top of it in order for it to give buffs

I’m really not sure, but if i had to guess then forts on more populated cities cost more to up keep, so doing it on cites that aren’t your capital gives you more income. That’s just my guess though, I really have no idea.

Forts have a hitbox, so your troops don't need to be directly on top of them; they can receive the defense buffs when positioned close to them. It also saves more time because I already have a factory building on the capital
