Austrian Airlines is GREAT…when nothing goes wrong. Making you happy will not be their top priority when you miss your connection because of their delay. This is the difference between a great airline …and the apathy you get at Austrian. Austrians, culturally speaking, are Germanic. Which means, “Why are you people bothering me?”

These days airlines are selling premium economy with 2-4-2 configuration in the past economy had 3-3-3 configuration on 777 as standard.

Das Sicherheitsvideo ist dermaßen grottig, echt zum fremdschämen. Wer schaut da nach 3 Sekunden noch hin? Das wäre aber genau der Sinn eines Sicherheitsvideos - bis zum Ende Anschauen! Ein jährlicher Wettbewerb, der auch die Kunstklassen der Akademien einschließt, wäre zumindest mal ein Vorschlag.

Gibt mittlerweile ein wirklich schönes kreatives neues. Kann man sich auf dem yt channel von austrian anschauen. Die ganze Lufthansa Group hatte so ein grottiges Video, wir sind jetzt soweit ich weiß die ersten die ein neues haben.

Looks pretty good overall, the cabin has nice colors. I just have a little problem with anything Austrian nowadays, because of country's attitude towards RUS

@@TheTravelExplorersAT did you book the upgrade near the date of flight? I was supposed to buy the upgrade yesterday and forgot about it. Then when i was going to book it. Its now 500€. Now im worried if its going back to 255€ again anytime soon. Flight will be in September

@lubas2801 We bid for the upgrade, the minimum bid was €250. Buying the upgrade is always more expensive, and once the price has gone up, it will no longer go down. Therefore, you should definitely make a bid for the upgrade, you will find out about 48 hours in advance whether you will be upgraded.
