Stats are irrelevant if you're fighting in the gamemodes 1v1's, usually if you want to simply farm either go full atk, but if you wanna do "bossraid" aka kill everyone in the server, up to you on how will you utilize your stats allocation

Very ping dependent honestly. You can use it as a combo extender for 4 m1s but the stun is barely 0.5 seconds
