It's been a while since I've teamed up with my good friend Alex (Zepplile) to do a video, so we decided to get his brand new SUV washed while I was out in Virginia. As it turns out, we accidentally stumbled on my first-ever Autec car wash!

Since I was a kid, I went through this car wash with my parents when my dad joined his navy base but sadly, my dad got a new job in DC. The good news is that the car wash I've been through since I was a kid was mostly similar to what you've and Alex shown.

The Quantico base in northern VA looks very similar to this base. There even is a train stop on the base that anyone can get off at (Quantico is the name of the town that the base was built around).

Autec carwashes are great. In the top best Car wash systems. I work for autec I make all the soaps and waxes for the car washes The Soap And waxes are all high-quality This is the older machine but still does a great job I hope you liked your wash

I have only seen an Autec once (briefly when passing by it on a freeway). It was a newer one with "star" foam brushes as well.

This is a cool car wash. I'v heard of autec before. I think they also do tunnel but i'm not sure. I'd like to challenge you though. If you ever come across an R7B, please film it. I'd also like to make note that these systems normally are pretty cheap car washes.

Sadly you don't see many Autec soft cloth washes anymore. Now the touchless laser automatic washes are the thing. If you come back to Norfolk sometime you should visit the Shell gas station at Wards Corner, they have an old school Ryko automatic car wash with the vintage brushes that were popular in the 1980's. There's a gas station in my town with a car wash but I never knew what the system was. But after watching this video, I think it may be some kind of Autec system with addons. However, I'm not truly sure because the entrance controller is an optiva virtual attendant by coleman which is basically a ripoff of the ryko entrance controller.

Thats not FoamBrite, it's AUTEC's Polyflex material.
