Press release from Warp, 19 May: "Autechre have shared a collection of new music, available now exclusively on AE_Store.
The release, titled ‘elseq 1-5’ comes following plays of new tracks ‘feed 1’ on BBC6 Music and ‘c16 deep tread’ on Alaskan college radio station KSUA 91.5FM.
‘elseq 1-5’ is available to download in collections or individually as MP3 320 kbps (lame encoded), WAV/FLAC 16-bit lossless, WAV 24-Bit lossless with artwork by The Designers Republic.
There are no plans to release ‘elseq 1-5’ on physical formats."

This track is immense. So much gravity pulling from all sides

One of their best imo. The tonality is gorgeous, ecstatic even. The beatwork is phenomenal, tight and loose-- so much going on behind the steadier downbeat. Jazzy. Sounds are sculpted to hit hard, but so much detail in the complementary percussion. Have you ever heard someone rock a compressor quite like Ae? This is a feel-good track. Let it ride.
