I have this scanner,it has basic functionality, I don't have any vehicles that are hybrid so I have no need for the function you ask about but I'm thinking that it doesn't, it doesn't have ABS or SRS function either,it is very basic,hope that helps.

Install the software on your computer. Connect your AL519 scanner to your computer using the USB cable that came with your scanner. Launch the Autel AutoLink AL519 Update Client software. The software will automatically detect your AL519 scanner. Click on the "Update" button. The software will download the latest software update file for your AL519 scanner. Once the software update file has been downloaded, the software will begin installing it on your AL519 scanner. The software will display a message once the update is complete. You can now disconnect your AL519 scanner from your computer. Tips: Make sure that your AL519 scanner is fully charged before updating it.
