In this video I'll walk you through some of the programming features for the Autel MP808. This scan tool is great for anyway who owns a luxury car, especially the Mercedes Benz. I believe it's a must have if you own the Mercedes S Class S430 S500 S550 W220 W221 and W222. Specially if you want to clear your check engine light. Plus if you are programming it's always a good idea to slap a battery charger on it or jump box.

Great channel !! with no scan tool can you set the lumber to zero on the seat and will that also make it not active? also by blocking the outlet pipe on the pump that goes to the lumber stop it from using that line?

Nice job on explaining how to use it. I going to use it for the the air ride calibration and for the trans conductor plate I also need it to code out the factory navigation because I installed a aftermarket radio. I was reading the w220 forums you can code it out and adjust the clock from the steering wheel controls but that’s with Star so hopefully I can do it will mp808. Do you know if it will code a key or ignition switch. If you can let know if you can delete the navigation out.

Thank you James Yurko! The MP808 is a great choice for the suspension and transmission. In regards to coding keys, I believe you still have to go through Mercedes even though it has key coding options for the Mercedes. I hope this helps. Cheers!

HEY! G/D GREAT VID helped me understand my scanner better. On my 2004 s500 Having issues with Door locks, R/Headrest, Trunk not working (open/closing) when pressing key fob or buttons on the dash, new battery in fob. Side mirrors working open/close when locking with fob. Switched out PSE pump replaced fuse under back seat used my BT808 to check PSE functions still not working. I'M thinking PSE pump is working because sideview mirrors open/close with fob. So what am I missing any suggestions. I know I can fix it just need to know where to look. Any help is appreciated thanks in advance.

Hey GD great vid by the way I just recently replaced my PSE pump I have the same scanner that you have in this video My issue is when I when I try to lock the doors they don't lock or open for that fact The rear head rest do not go down the rear visor doesn't go up or down and the trunk does not open But the 2 side mirrors still open and close when I push the key it sets the alarm Lights Flash ECT... Any idea of what this can be Thanks in advance please keep making these awesome vids

Hello Lynix Hosley, Thank you for the kind words. Do you have a strong battery? Is the pump wires and hoses all connected securely? Also, have you reprogrammed the new PSE pump with a scan tool such as Autel MP808 or STAR? If non of these things have helped then I would try asking the people over at www.mbworld.org for some advice. You're welcome! Wish I could have been of more help. For the lumbar settings, neither of my front seats lumbar works. I fixed an air hose that was leaking but all I hear are clicks under each front seat when I try to adjust either lumbar. Yours shows not active so I’m guessing yours are not working either? I have a new pse pump and I’ve swapped out out but no difference then switched it back. I’ve heard these need to be reprogrammed so maybe that’s what I have to do. Any thoughts?

Hello Ian N! I'm not sure what the clicks could be from. It could be that once you program the seats then clicking will go away. I have lumbar support on my car, but I chose to turn it off. That's why it shows "not active". If I set it to "active", then the pump will just run and I want to save the lifespan of the pump. I would try programing the seats through the PSE pump using the Autel MP808. I hope this helps. Cheers!

please help me...I installed a sbc abs pump for mercedes benz w211 and I want to register the new pump..what should I do? coding or programming.. I heard that the vin number must be adjusted with the new pump.. you can do this procedure with autel mp808bt

Hello Flobenc Racaku, You will want a scanner that can do both actually. I looked through the autel mp808 and It might be able to do it. I would email autel directly to know exactly which model will be best for your application. I hope this helps. Cheers!

Some things Mercedes’ testers won’t clear anyways like a hard fault like a stUCK EGR valve that won’t erase until fixed.

Hello Josef Jelinek, I believe the mk 808 does not do programing. It's pretty much just a basic scan tool. The MP 808 has programing features which is what you want.

I’m getting trouble code C1517‐032, Stabilizing times when emptying or filling are too large. Rear passenger shock is stuck all the way up. Has been like this for months. Have any idea what would be causing this?

Hello Hunter Kemp, It could be that your pump is going out. Have you tried replacing the air strut relay to the Hella relay? It's about $10.00 dollars for the relay and that could fix the issue for a small investment. I hope this helps. Cheers!

Yes it's almost $400 yearly. For new its free update for 2 years.
