Thank you. I am working on some bigger efforts on comparison videos - stay tuned!

Thank you. Very well done. I have both DJI “smart controllers” (original & RC-Pro) but have not migrated over to Autel yet.

Absolutey. I agree there's not enough Evo 2 Series content, and I will attempt to change that. The Enterprise version of Evo 2 Pro is hot stuff. I had JUST gotten my Evo 2 Pro, Smart Controller, extra batteries etc. when it was announced. Knowing Autels track record, I expected numerous delays and... for once it came out on time. Early even, just 2 WEEKS after announcment. I almost traded what I had just bought for it, but since I bought the Smart Controller from a different reseller, the exchange got messy and I would have lost over $500. Couldn't do it. The biggest shame is the Enterprise kit, was $3750 at the time w/2 batteries (I think) I would have given up a battery and the $150 more it cost - I was $3600 in at that point, but... and now the Enterprise is some $500 MORE than it was late 2021. Sigh. What could have been. As hobbyist, I really need to draw the line SOMEWHERE, even if I tend to draw it way to high, lol. Enjoy the hell out of the Enterprise. I would appreciate it if you could TELL ME how the strobe light attachment is. I have FoxFury saddle and D3060 modules, much more lighting than that strobe, but I like it as a convenience and "add-on" additional lighting. Lastly watch for my FoxFury Exolander Videos for Mavic 3 AND Evo 2 series. Coming up in the next month. I have the gear and some tests, but waiting for approval to post video.

Both controllers seem great, autel seems like it's more for advanced pilots vs the DJI Smart Controller. I love using the smart controller with the Mavic 2 pro, but I think having an autel would be a lot of fun to play with. If I ever do, I'll definitely get that smart controller as well, even if it's just for the brightness of the screen! But you're right, the pause button functionality and not having a launch button is a bit ridiculous.

Yeah. 2 fairly obvious misses there Autel. I hoped they would fix the pause button, I'm almost certain they could change the timing via firmware, but they just seem to struggle keeping up with their releases. I wish Autel would put more resources, capital into Robotics (Drone) division vs the Automotive group, but they go where profits lead, I imagine. So much potential, that Orange beast is so great, but so starved for that extra bit of development. Sigh 😕 The RC Pro weighs a tiny bit more Tyan Smart Controller, but just. feels. light. It's a bizarre illusion, based on weight distribution and different shaped grips. If you ever get one, I'd be curious if you agree, I've heard others say it. Solid update to SC, but cheapest way is that Air 2S Fky More combo for $1750 with RC Pro - that's like $500 for what I paid $1200! B&H has Air 2 (not S) Fly More for $799. Probably a clearance, but that's a steal. Catch you later! -JB
