Teriyaki Salmon can be easily made at home within a few minutes. It is a favorite of both adults and children. Any type of salmon is suitable for this recipe. I have used wild-caught sockeye salmon in this video. Happy trying. Happy eating.
RECIPE
Salmon Filet: 4
Cooking Oil
Teriyaki Sauce
1 tablespoon white sugar
3 tablespoons mirin
3 tablespoons soy sauce
1/4 cup pf water
1. Mix teriyaki sauce together.
2. Turn on medium heat. Use a medium saucepan / wok to make this dish.
3. Add in cooking oil. Once heated, place in salmon filet with skin facing down.
4. Cook until skin is slightly crispy, about 2 - 3 minutes.
5. Turn the salmon filet and pour in teriyaki sauce immediately.
6. Cook until teriyaki sauce is reduced to 3 - 4 spoonful, about 3 - 4 minutes. Be careful the sauce is not burnt.
7. Dish up and ready to serve.
8. Pair well with rice.
