AFAIK San Miguel and Kirin deal is like VW and Porsche: they own stocks in each other. It's just not straight up symmetrical because San Miguel is basically (ie at the tail end of how operations would be later on) is putting up the brewery in California that will produce San Miguel (and Red Horse) AND Kirin so they minimize transport costs and import duties. And likely after some time they'd have local hires so they just pay California wages and not Philippine wages plus relocation differentials and incentives.

my family in basilan they can speak almost all muslim languages ( of course they fluentley speak chavacano ) but when they are all in the house we speak bisaya our native tongue ...so thats wrong to teach your kid english first before you teach them tagalog when you are in the US... thats my opinion...
