​ @SivaMadhu Sorry but this is not authentic hyderabadi biryani. In authentic hyderabadi biryani the spices used are Cloves, Cinnamon, Cardamom and Shajeera only. Coriander powder, crushed pepper and other spices you used are not at all used in authentic hyderabadi biryani.

Hello Madhu message would be too long but wanted to Express my gratitude to you. This is for the first time I saw your program and everytime I just get skipped thinking one more cooking show. But glad that right thing happened at right moment. Looking at this video I prepared Bagara Baingan with jeera rice. The curry was so yammy that my hubby washed plat without using water😇 and on the way to dump the plate in sink he is just trying to find atleast a pinch he can find.
