For tripa tacos you have to get the tripe crispy. Add salt, lime, onions and cilantro.

A very authentic challenge. You hadn’t had chilaquiles before this challenge. You were missing out Randy. A lot of mexicans eat them for a morning breakfast or hangover meal. Don’t think it was cream cheese. Is usually Mexican cream with cotija cheese or Oaxaca cheese. Congratulations
