“Most People Can’t Finish One!” Never Ending Pasta Challenge at Olive Garden ft. Dr. Mike Israetel!

The Never Ending Pasta Bowl at Olive Garden is BACK! This time, I am joining Dr. Mike Israetel of @RenaissancePeriodization to take on as many bowls of pasta as possible in an attempt to beat the record I set for myself of 8 bowls (and 2 breadsticks!) back in 2019. Moments before feasting on copious amounts of American Italian goodness, Dr. Mike took me through an intense bodybuilding workout - so hopes were high that we could crush my old record. A huge thank you to Olive Garden for being so welcoming, and of course, for their delicious pasta!
