Thank you, good analysis however in my journey with astrology I have learnt that every conjunction and its results is subjective and can’t be generalized unfortunately. I know a person who’s a cancer ascendant with close moon and Venus conjunction in the fourth house. They appear sweet and calm to the whole world but also have manipulative tendencies towards their wife. Perhaps because of the presence of mercury in the 4th house? Also they have a bad temper and have trouble expressing themselves - this is because of mars in the 7th house and Saturn in the 5th house, and ketu presence in the third house. So while moon and Venus conjunction alone could have given them a beautiful loving marriage, presence of other malefics led towards a really bad one.

There must be issues in navamsa chart.. plus rahu in 9th house isn't a gud placement for the moral values of the person.. mercury moon venus conjunction isn't a bad conjunction... the person's moon n jupiter must be heavily afflicted in navamsa chart.. mars in 7th isn't gud either..do check Jupiter's placement... as rahu is in 9th house... high chances jupiter is in debilitation in lagna or navamsa or badly placed.
