Funny story, my Celica's passenger front wheel almost fell off or the same reason as you! I had been driving like that for a week trying to figure what the weird squaky noise was coming from lmao and when I tried to take the wheel off, as soon as I touched the lug nut I saw hell in front of my eyes...
