@osakweog while this house is surreal in its opulence for the price it goes for, using the word 'common' connotes a usual lifestyle. Which begs the question; how 'common' is it? What does 'common ' really mean in this context?
@KaeMaiden19 сағат бұрын
@adeiy4559 Please stop. There are millions of houses like this and it's Nigerians living in them. Just because a lot can't, a lot still can. Everyone acts like a place is bad if the people are living in laps of luxury.

This video and the other videos of other content creators - is making me so proud as a Nigerian- I am seeing new places, sites, metro etc that are all new since my last visit. Thank you for showing this to us. God bless you and yours snd the Federal Republic of Nigeria. For those of us who reside abroad- it is important we see all these videos as it obl# terates all the negative images we are fed about Africa ❤ Lovely to meet Tunde. We used to call that back house for the ' help' - "Boys Quarters" - back in the 1960s and 1970s. But that looks more like a "Guest Chalet" I don't blame you for not staying in the hotel. @jamesedi9338 people like you who have never been to other parts of Nigeria are the ones that make these types of statements. Practically all the states have very nice areas. Even Assba that was a dusty town I was so shocked when I last visited and saw all the development close by water parks , resorts, eatates the works... so pls don't make any commentary until u travel and seen for yourself. There are even some states that have finer residential houses than lagos. Have u been to uyo, theie golf course, their world class stadium, Ewet housing along other estates, they even have thier own airplane Ibom Air.. Have u been to Nnewi or Abriba? I'm sure not. Nigeria allows more than one person stay in a room They usually don’t have a “cap” on the number of people. Some places I’ve visited are particular about number and will ask you to pay extra for anyone else.
@joye57618 күн бұрын
Stop generalizing, it depends on the rental. All the Airbnb’s I have used in Nigeria are very specific about “the number of guest” and this goes for both island and mainland. My last rental December/January last year both in Abuja and Lagos, was very strict on guest. I had to specify I was coming with my family, and expecting 2 family members to join us.
@Onenaijagirl8 күн бұрын
@ The reason I used the word usually and not never was to not generalize because I knew they’d be other narratives. I just didn’t want the comment to be longer than it was already. I was even going to add that it might not be for all though my own experience has been more of no limit. I was even going to add that even if no limit was mentioned there is an expectation of reasonability. Winter de affect my fingers now abeg make I put am back under duvet.
