Watching this on replay. I have chronic depression and PTSD (both are better now that I'm on medication and have been in therapy for a while) so I guess I'm also neurodivergent. I TOTALLY agree with you about the "find the most creative time" advice. I have no idea. I just feel better at certain times on different days. I also sometimes realize a whole day has gone by and I've done nothing. Normally, it's a sign of my depression. I've sometimes wondered if I've had ADHD, but I've never had that confirmed. It's interesting to know that being a woman makes it harder to identify. A neurodivergent discord would ROCK

Wow, Zara, thanks for sharing!! If you're ever interested, I would love to make a video or do a live with you talking about as much as you're comfortable speaking on in your neurodivergent experience. I'm glad that you got something new out of the replay!!
