Ya , i blend veggies, egg, and chicken, rice and make it smoothie ,and feed him with soup spoon. If he eats too long like 3 hour,I reduce veggies, just the protein.I think egg very important for brain, development, protein for muscle n brain, and carb for energy

We are going through this currently, we haven’t had a diagnosis confirmed but she was part of our state program for early childhood intervention. Our daughter is almost 4 and everything we have watched on your daughter is ours to a T. I couldn’t help but cry when you talked about feeling lonely because for the longest time we haven’t met or seen anyone that is similar to her. Thank you for sharing your videos and I am so thankful to have found them!

@@raisingautism8214 When Melia was Emma's age we went through a very scary time. Melia was projectile vomiting. We went to the hospital and doctors several times. Nobody was really figuring anything out and just saying foolish things like she needs a cleaner environment 🤣 Eventually we found a doctor who found out by blood work it was celiac disease. That's an entirely different story. Anyways after we started giving her gluten free everything she started sleeping and eating much better. She must have been in so much pain for some time 😭. They say autism has a lot to do with the belly. I wouldn't rule out any type of food allergies going on.

I feel your pain meal times were literally a battle three times a day with my son and I know it sounds cliché and you’ve probably heard before but the more effort you make the less they will eat! I’m telling you they sense your frustration and feel pressure so the less pressure you put on them to eat the better I feel what worked for me is taking the pressure off meal times always offering at least one preferred food that I know he will eat along with whatever else we are having for dinner I know also with my son feeling restricted and a high chair was a problem for him so we sit him right down at our kitchen table on the Regular chair unfortunately he will get up about 20 times but at least he’s eating and pleasant during meal times as long as her pediatrician says she’s doing OK don’t stress about the food another thing my doctor told me to was with children because they are such picky eaters don’t think of so much but they eat in one day but try to think of what they’re eating in a week because it’s not uncommon for children to skip meals. But trust me I feel your pain and good luck

Hello Good day, when my son's were young one would eat everything in site and my youngest nearly nothing. So i understand your frustration and concerns. Maybe try some individually wrapped snacks , like small boxes of raisins, fruit cereal bars, fruit roll ups, dry cereals, food that have fun shapes like macaroni and cheese. They do make Baby Shark mac-n-cheese it's worth a try and Dinosaur shaped chicken nuggets, SpaghettiOs, those frozen kid dinners fun/silly foods and you know most kids like french fries (baked or air fryer) Does Emma like pizza ? I use to make pizza on bread it's easy, quick and inexpensive to make. Even grill cheese. I hope and pray your sweet little cutie pie gets her appetite back, she will. You're an awesome mom !! Take Care 💝 Hugs Wishing you and your family a Happy, Wonderful, Safe, Prosperous, Blessed, Healthy, Less Stressful New Year ! Your Channel is great ! 🎇🎉⭐🙏💖

I know the struggle w food and autism is very real, so many struggle w this. James has always has been a good eater. He doesn't over eat necissarily but he can eat pretty large portions. He only eats however 3xs a day so I don't over feed. I would think her therapist would be able to help give you advice w that and her sleep. This isn't hopeless even if it feels like it sometimes.

My daughter goes through the same; eating everything and then all the sudden she only wants liquids. Her OT told me to only give her juice or anything sugary once a day, the rest of the day only water. Also to offer her food and if she doesnt want it at the moment to wait an hour or 2 and offer her the same food (so she learns to feel hungry). Is hard at the beggining but it has help tremendously with my daughter. I used to stress so much and used to make 3-4 meals at once to see what she wanted to eat. And it got to the point that she will know that I will give her what she wanted at the end so she used to not eat until then. So to break that cicle her OT made the above recommendation. You can also give her Pediasure as a supplement meal or Carnation Instant Breakfast.

Hey hun, My son is 4 and he has been going to feeding therapy since he was 2. My best advice would be to give her pediasure when she isn’t eating as a meal replacement until you can get her to eat. I had this same concern with my son, he completely stop eating at the age of 2. My son has a texture issue, an issue with colored foods (he only eat foods that are a vanilla/white color.) we got to a point last year where he would eat baby foods (like veggies & fruit) but he regressed and where starting all over again with yogurt. I’m a single mom and it hard so I can imagine how you feel. Right now his goal is 3 sessions of 3 bites and he earns a reward (his iPad, or a sweet) and it’s been working. We use a special spoon and nook incase we have to insert the food into his mouth but we keep him in a high chair for all his meals.

@@raisingautism8214 Oh ok she is in there she actually does know what she is doing. I was non verbal until I was 6 my parents did something different instead of asking parents of kids with my disability they instead asked people with my disability on how to handle me. Generally most parents with kids with autism have a hard time understanding us so they did the opposite of that actually asked us how to help people like us. And today I own my house I manage 2 night clubs drive cook and I am pretty much like every one else. She will open up to you eventually. But let her eat when she wants to instead of getting her trying to eat. Make sure she has liquids of course but yea she will eat when she is ready to Mum and dad said I did Same thing they just made sure and liquids and yea they let me eat when I was hungry. It’s more to do with a stomach they said it became sensitive to foods so yea they wouldn’t force me to eat. Now I’m fine of course but yea.
