When growing up being on the #autism spectrum, especially going to school in a neurotypical driven society, it's highly expected that you are likely be discriminated and perhaps be called a "Retard".
In this episode I have a look into how it feels like being discriminated for being on the autism spectrum and how hurtful it would get. I also make a shout out to another autistic KZbin creator from Wales, United Kingdom "Life With Autism Ben".
Please follow his link to watch his video on "Autism and Discrimination": • Video , Ben is fighting against all #discrimination towards autism.

Yep my son too even from the age of 2 people would make comments and be rude up to the point of hateful. Not to mention the stigma the parents face as "a bad parent" since of course if a child misbehaves (can't help it!) Then it's automatically bad parenting right? So glad you are giving perspective for people out there 😊🤗

I don’t understand why people feel the need to be mean to others. I got picked on alot in school. Rarely would people step in and tell the person to back off. It got to the point where I just HAD to do it myself, even if in the end people did not like me, because I could not stand people doing this. I was undiagnosed at the time with Aspergers Syndrome. My first school refused to put my parents in touch with their school councillor, who only they could contact, because they said I was a nice girl and so could not be autistic. Like....🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️. Ow 🤕.

I hope that neurotypical society will start to learn to accept autism and all discrimination towards autistics are going to stop!

I know. I did a video once when people wanted to change who was worthy of help. That was my first rant.
