Are there resources for grandma that takes care of 2 grandkids on the spectrum, but parents work for LA County? Is there any SSI or anything like that to help offer grandma some monetary compensation?

Yes. IHSS will give monetary assistance to families to ensure care of the individuals needing support. It is a looong process but worth it. As your Regional Center Coordinator to help with the process.
