Dear parents..dont waste your time and money....nothing will change in your child except that you will be psychologically relaxed for some time...there is very short time period between you and your child recovery....just follow simple protocols which will take time (atleast 1.5 - 2 yr): 1.remove suger in any form except from fruits 2. Engage with your child as much as you can. 3.Do mind body connection exercises with your child 4.Make a schedule of your child and follow it consistently. 5.Finally as a parent keep your self calm and dont loose your patience and hope....

ABA Therapy , homeopathic/ Ayurvedic medicine, dietary changes are very important for spectrum disorders. Parents and school should support kids with patience and understanding. No milk , gluten, wheat, food coloring , food preservatives should be used in kids foods. They should avoid sugar and fast food at all cost. Atleast two hours play time and creative outlet. List down all triggers of meltdowns. Make a diary. Kids on spectrum don’t do well with allopathic medicine! They need a structured environment and daily time table with routine.

@arushishukla8299 for neurotypical kids it take less time to form a habit but for kids on spectrum it takes 30 or more takes to form a habit. So if you want to teach them something you need need a step by step plan for for the whole week. If you see weird behavior or bad behavior first time, you need to show them what is acceptable, appropriate behavior the first time. Be specific in instructions. Clean your room is not specific- say first put your books in the shelf then put your blocks in the box. Only tell them things to based on your priorities otherwise kids get overwhelmed!

बच्चो को डिब्बा बंद चीज नहीं दे गर्म मसालेदार नही दे ज्यादा से ज्यादा पानी पिलाएं बच्चे को डिटॉक्स करने की कोशिश करे ड्राई फ्रूट्स और seeds दे फाइबर वाली चीजें दे cow milk and ghi दे भैंस का दूध और घी नहीं दे थोड़े टाइम के लिए लहसुन भी बंद कर दे क्योंकि yha तामसिक होता हैं बच्चे को aggresive बनाता है पेट ठीक होगा तभी भोजन के सभी nutrition bchche ko मिलेंगे और ये दोनो सिरप भी दिमाग और पेट की आंतों को ठीक करता हैं बच्चे को बार बार ऑर्डर देते रहे उसे अपना काम खुद करने दे ठीक हो जायेगा ok
