My son is 5 years old now. Non verbal communication is there. No hearing impairment. Command following, name response is good. No flapping or toe walking. Knows and Speak Fruits Alphabets Colors Numerics till 10. Excessive use of mobile from the age of 3 months to 2 years. Zero screen time now. Can say words mama baba but don't call us by mamma and baba. Has 2 siblings play with them. Sing rhymes. Doesn't cry if we leave him with relatives even. No speech till now... Need ur expert opinion
