That steel played it smart. Knew his item break points and went on you when he knew he had the advantage. Unfortunately he didn’t auto twice after the ultimate. Zarus was a lane bully even before the buffs. He like pantheon in LoL.

He always finds something to complain about. Steel into a good zarus is always a tough matchup. Steel was playing within his means to avoid feeding zarus and preventing the early snowball. No it’s not always fun to play that way but sometimes you have to.

Great game there bro! that was the most passive Steel I've ever seen. lol! Also, if the 1st passive of Demo didn't exist, then wouldn't that make that item obsolete? Also what would ADC's do against tanks at that point? Just curious honestly.

Demo already gives 30% penetration, carries would still be able to kill tanks, it would just take 3 extra autos.

I think the steel's plan was to not feed early and feed his jungle.... The way i see it steel is a hero that can have major impact in team fights just by staying alive and tossing ability.... his plan almost worked cause he fed his jungle 2 early kills

Yeah, but you can't let the enemy get ahead if you want to feed them to your jungler. Both times he got ganked he was like, Ok whatever. That's because had the gold lead and the XP lead. If you want ganks to be effective, you have to take the initiative and stress the enemy solo more. Make them burn ult and flash, just so they can stay in to get farm. If you just let your enemy have farm, it doesn't matter that much if they gets ganked because they're just chilling. Meanwhile they're jungler is running around getting Fang or Mini or ganks where players are going to expose themselves for farm and your jungler has to show up to babysit your lane.

Zarus was already one of the best bruisers, in my opinion. Buffing him was probably unnecessary.

Maybe he saw the game differently. I've been in winning lanes but a better team play would be to build differently and fill another role. Maybe he is just uncomfortable in the lane despite that, some humans have counters themselves. Or maybe, it's not as easy to pull off as you are claiming, or less true.
