So in market research, a way of figuring out how engaging an ad was, moment by moment, was via a dial-o-meter where your test audience would dial up or down how they felt all through the ad. What I'd love to see is what your brain waves are doing while you're skittering about Twitch, trolling and bot experimenting and occasionally engaging. Is Ravi happier when the streamer is happy or frustrated? Does he gain joy by stringing along chatters as long as possible? Are his responses differing from a successful personal troll vs the ruckus one of his "I think XXX has this one" bots can cause?

This was fun to watch but also I think demonstrates a use case for some potentially life-changing technology. I have an uncle who is a quadriplegic and also cannot communicate easily. He cannot operate a mouse nor a keyboard, or even effectively have someone do it for him due to his communication barrier. As a result, he pretty much just sits in front of a TV all day. I'm sure he would LOVE to experience something like reddit if he could, and in the future a device like this could help him do that. Very cool work, FD, your software projects are always really interesting and I appreciate you sharing

Instead of measuring Beta waves, which are "almost" analogous to "comfort" waves, you should try to figure out a way to measure "excitement". I feel like "horror" and "disgust" are sub-branches of "excitement", so you might get more accurate results for "controversial" posts. Sorry for the excessive parenthesis.
