No ,it doesn't clean from bottom. The tyres part is cleaned. But the force with which the water flows and run down mostly cleans the exposed parts

Yes. You have to leave the engine on by keeping in Neutral position and give control to the washer to scroll your car.

I think we can pay with debit/credit card. But mostly people use the specific card for car wash. There will be a shop for these services just next to them. You can buy the card in those shops. But to renew the card you need to do it online registration.

Tracks will mostly not touch the rim part, so no problem of scratching. And the tracks are little wide in the starting so mostly you can enter smoothly

I dint put it in neutral and it was a nightmare as my car started to make all kinds of noise. Then my car started to shake. I hate this kind of car wash. Had to put it on reverse and then come out.
