Hello, I have a 220V 63A 2P ATS, similar to the one you explain, but it does not want to recognize a 120V power supply on the main line, only 220V gives the ready, the backup power supply works perfectly, but the main one does not work automatically since it does not give the ready or the second signal in the switch, could you tell me what I should do, the connection is fine, only that being 120V (1 phase + 1 neutral) it does not transfer, and I must close it manually and it only signals voltage, not ready-closed position, what should I do, would you help me?

@@dancehallexposed6193 I have already managed to make it work, feeding through the main network with 220v, that is, two phases and at the output it only took one phase, it was working perfectly but now it does not make the transfer to the reserve that I feed with a solar system, it does change from the reserve to the main one but not vice versa
