Thanks for the video. I've a few questions after watching this and the other video on shumi. 1. How can you conclusively say the error on traction control for the suzuki was not a typo? 2. On the entire triumph thing - somebody can ride for lesser distance and still have an opinion. Infact they were clearly giving the doubt that maybe high speed riding would prove to be better when they get to test the bike again in a more detailed manner. If they wanted to, they could have easily avoided that statement completely in their video. I would also suggest you to make your videos a little bit structured, when you're talking about such sensitive things. :)

Did you even read what he had written? Do you even understand what a typo is? A typo, for example,.would be writing "dud" instead of "did". Getting all poetic about how a bike is behaving in TC3 and even incorrectly supporting your blunder with statements like "the TC light silently flashing at you" SHOUTS how big a noob he is! The TC light flashing at you means that it is f**kin intrusive, which happens when TC is af its.most intrusive setting and not at its lowest. 🤦 Do you understand now?

You don't understand the gravity of that blunder. 1) No, no one gets confused between TC levels 1 and 3. Noobs do. Experts don't. A self-proclaimed expert with 20+ years in auto journalism should NOT be confused between TC levels even in his sleep. 2) IF at all you are confused, then you should NOT write about it. 3) IF at all confusion occurs, it occurs while setting / trying to set TC level (it's child's play on the 750 though). You can't be confused while riding. And you CANNOT be confused while penning down your review. You have ample of time to crosscheck. And, no, it DOES make a lot of difference to the viewer. Especially the noobs. They can f**kin die if they trust Shumi that TC 1 is the most intrusive. What are you even saying?? 🤦

Regarding the Triumph thing, unfortunately your head is so far up their behind that you are not ready to let the reality sink in. Did you not find it amusing that Rishabh was neither there in the video nor did they include his observations? And, no, not even Rossi can assess a bike in 50 km. He can have an opinion. Everyone can. But a review is NOT an opinion. It has to be based on facts. Unfortunately, neither they not their fans like you understand that.

Auto reviewers in India are sold. You can clearly see they are sold out to tata, mahindra and vw. They are such horribly made, poorly engineered and unreliable cars. They also say that Japanese cars are unsafe because body panels bend. Body panels HAVE to bend. They HAVE to crumple. If they don't bend during impact. You will die from the impact shock itself. It's frame that needs to be strong.

How else would you explain such incompetent people in the position of editor in chiefs and have massive following on KZbin. Something is not right. These are the same guys who are on tata, mahindra, vw payroll. If you see any reviewer with massive following...they somehow sing praises of poorly made tata, mahindra vw vehicles. It does not seem to be a co incidence to me. There are PR teams with hundreds of guys having multiple accounts each. Each of them can post from their multiple accounts and making it look like thousands of people are commenting. Same thing with likes and subscribers.

They haven't been able to change even the verbiage in all these years, forget making some real efforts towards gaining some real knowledge. Shumi and Singhee have been banned by Triumph India because of this. Yes. This happened last year at their 660 ride in Dehradun.

I myself have worked in the field of a automotive journalism, and ive watched a lot of senior journalists work very closely. I have one question though, th BMW Z4 thing happened like 8 years ago, why bring it up right now...i mean yes it was wrong but again about the fiat it was ages ago man, and the car didn't even sell that much, Fiat and Abarth has pulled the plug in India, things are pretty much done and dusted for the italian manufacturer in India. And lastly i feel and I say this after meeting Shumi personally.He accepted your observations and they were obviously right. So like he acknowledged his faults right. Why hover over all that after so many years, and that too again after you've already posted your views online when you found out all these things Whatever I have said is not out of criticism or any hate. See, like I have said in the video, it's important for the masses to know that Indian Automotive Journalism didn't go into shambles overnight. It was always like that. Therefore, it becomes imperative that I talk about their old blunders as well. Also, what kind of logic is that if the FIAT didn't sell, I should not be talking about the blunders of auto journalists in their reviews of it?? I will talk about their blunders even if it's a concept vehicle. You are completely missing the point, which is to make the masses aware of the pretenders. The motive is also to get these pretenders to get their act right. Lastly, Shumi didn't acknowledge that he is wrong. He merely started with "you are right" and then went on to illogically defend his blunder. And, did he acknowledge his blunder in the Suzuki gsx-s750 article? No, he didn't. He QUIETLY corrected it. Earlier (before the online era), his editor would have had to print a retraction in the next edition of the magazine. You may have seen newspapers doing that. That's taking responsibility, which is something that's totally missing in the field of automotive journalism. And that's something I am to correct through this series.

@@vamsee6925 Sure. In layman terms, when you bump up the preload, the suspension feels harder. When you reduce the preload, the suspension feels softer. He said that "the rear suspension is very hard, and we tried bumping up the preload, but it didn't help." 🤦

Bro most of these guys are tards 😂 if you know what I mean. I have driven solo from Mumbai to kargil army base in my 2006 vx 3 L safari dicor in June 2022 - 7th june to 21, roughly 7.5k kms in 14 days to and fro plus arround the area. I was on accute mountain sickness for 2.5 days from sarchu to the base in kargil. Out of network ..but still never felt once out of place. On my way back from kashmir...drove to ajmer non stop 30.5 hrs.(videos are here on this chanl) because I knew the 3 L runs best when heated and it won't brake down...if you ask me would I do this on a 3cylinder petrol nexon its a big "NO" never. I wouldn't find it wise to do it...even if I did, never frequent back to back drives of above 24 hrs on the same vehicle with barely a days rest . But some of these guys say 3 cylinders can tour continously. Yes they can...but endurance touring is another level. I went via Manali and returned via Kashmir . I drove solo knowing my car won't brake down and if it did...I know ideally what could go wrong and what to do. I had carried fuses and even a hydraulic jack and other small spares with me because I know how to repair my vehicle and even the whole fusebox wiring diagram. I know how to read the fuse box map on the covers (which says which fuse is for what and how many amps). When I watch them I'm like yea..."bullshit"..especially when I see some of them praise a 3 cylinder vehicle overtly.(those who know - will know refinement levels and engine efficiency of a 3cyl can never be like a 4 cylinder). I've made a few points noted on the channels of these guys which I found major blunders in or misleading along with their video title and date. Will address this. As they say - --- "Money doesn't give one class, same way followers don't give people credentials and brains". Just shows how most viewers and subscribers are naive and innocent . Good to see your already addressing this.

As most cars never give issues so fast and generally no one learns their car so fats either. People who have bought and used their cars (ownership reviews) upwards of atleast 10k kms can be relied on to a certain extent for a rough idea.

@@kristrails07 Honestly, I would disagree with the "you can't give a review after 1-2 k km" part. And the new trend of "ownership reviews" is a farce too. Let me explain both: 1) An expert is someone who can assess a vehicle in a much shorter time than others. That's what makes him an expert. Let me also add that most reviewers do NOT even drive the car for 100 km before putting our a review. Will dedicate a full episode to that! 2) Ownership reviews should be called ownership experience. And, unlike a proper reviewer, the owner would only talk from.his perspective, which may match with yours or just may not. Whereas a proper reviewer will objectively review a vehicle. He would assess the car on its "technical parameters" and would then tell you how much of that will matter to the target buyer. If you'll watch my Ronin review, I have blasted Autocar and PD there as well for NOT reviewing the vehicle for what it is, and for talking about their "personal" preferences. If I like manic two strokes and liter class firebreathers only, that doesn't mean that every other bike is crap. That is the basic difference between a plain enthusiast and an unbiased legitimate reviewer. Hope this helps! 😃

Im sure they wont be able to distinguish between a caliper and piston in a brake assembly, or would wonder what is the job of a elbow or even wonder what a elbow is in the cooling system of car which houses two ends of the coolant pipe, or between engine foundations, gear foundations, frame and sub frame ..and so on. Everyone has their own driving pattern and based on that if one is tuned to their driving patterns they wouid themselves know in the first few kms if a car is meant for them or not . Frankly if I watch them...I don't do so to know their input if a car is good or not...I do it to know abt the car configuration and basic set up, engine stuff , features maybe. Just to shortlists a car ...not to choose one.

Still waiting for Episode 2, b. really hope you do a better job of putting your point across, the way you are doing it at the moment creates enemies and boosts fandom [abbe tu mere shumi bhai ko gali dega mai teri maa ko gali dunga attitude], c. you really come across as a jealous and hater of the popular channels I am a subscriber btw not a rando, I was a sub before I learned about your issue with these people. I have never like Shumis reviews and never considered them reviews as he just says things that reflect his love of motorcycling but it's never a review and doesn't give the relevant information. I still don't hate him as he does in fact give a LOT of useful information and shares his experience in the best way possible. IF what you say is correct(I cannot tell as I am less than a noob at this) just share your point without attacking others or do it in a funny way, outright hatred is something that will bring in haters to this channel and ruin the channel because it will become an eco chamber of hate for particular people.

Teambhp used to be good until the late 2000s. I would know; I have been a member since the early 2000s :) In the last decade or so, they have lost it. Mostly. That said, they are still anyday better than the noobs I have mentioned about in the video.
